At the request of the AEB sent to the EEC, representatives of the Association were included in the working group on reducing illegal tobacco trafficking under the Advisory Committee on Customs Regulation of the EEC.

Representatives of the Association of European Business took part in a meeting of the working group "Information, Communication and Digitalization". During the meeting, proposals from members of the association on the use of the MNS portal and information security when using digital signature keys were considered.

The Belarusian State Food Industry Concern supported the proposals of the Association of European Businesses on the issue of improving the draft Law of the Republic of Belarus "On state regulation of production, turnover and consumption (use) of tobacco raw materials, tobacco products, non-tobacco nicotine-containing products, liquids for electronic smoking systems, electronic smoking systems and systems for tobacco consumption".

As part of participation in the working group on a comprehensive analysis of legislation and the development of optimal conditions for conducting business activities "Information, Communications and Digitalization", AEB submitted proposals to improve the mechanisms for using digital signatures and increasing the information security of work with the portal of the personal account of the taxpayer.
