Proposals regarding juice products have been submitted to the Ministry of Economy 03.11.2025

It is proposed to expand the list of expenses incurred by the manufacturer when determining the basis for deciding whether to approve or disapprove an increase in the selling price and to adjust the list of products by excluding juices for which the share of imported raw materials in the cost is 75 percent or more and for which fruits not grown in the Republic of Belarus are used in the production.

Proposals for amending the Tax Code have been submitted to the Ministry of Finance 03.11.2025

It is proposed to amend the wording of subparagraph 1.18 of paragraph 1 of Article 150 of the Tax Code regarding the designation of non-alcoholic energy drinks to align with the terminology provided in the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU 021/2011).
