It is proposed to expand the list of expenses incurred by the manufacturer when determining the basis for deciding whether to approve or disapprove an increase in the selling price and to adjust the list of products by excluding juices for which the share of imported raw materials in the cost is 75 percent or more and for which fruits not grown in the Republic of Belarus are used in the production.

It is proposed to amend the wording of subparagraph 1.18 of paragraph 1 of Article 150 of the Tax Code regarding the designation of non-alcoholic energy drinks to align with the terminology provided in the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU 021/2011).

In connection with the EEC's planned meeting on October 9, 2025, to discuss the draft EAEU technical regulation "Technical Regulations for Nicotine-Containing and Nicotine-Free Products" in preparation for the national approval process, the Association has submitted proposals to the EEC for revising the technical regulations.

In accordance with Resolution No. 528 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated September 25, 2025, the introduction of identification marking on soft drinks and juices has been postponed to May 1, 2026.
