The AEB's comments have been incorporated into this draft law and are planned for consideration as part of the amendments to Law No. 90-Z of the Republic of Belarus "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" of January 9, 2002.

The Association proposed adding the following words to Clause 3 of Article 9(1) "Processing Personal Data Using Technical Means for Video and Audio Recording".

The Resolution prohibits the import and sale of goods originating from unfriendly countries, as listed in Appendix 1 to the Resolution, into the Republic of Belarus.

The draft law amends Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z of May 7, 2021, "On the Protection of Personal Data" (Law No. 99-Z), as well as other laws of the Republic of Belarus, in accordance with the requirements of Law No. 99-Z.

Council of Ministers Resolution No. 359 of July 10, 2026, reduced the list of goods subject to price regulation. The list was reduced from 199 to 76 items (non-daily demand goods).
