The AEB Hosts Panel Discussion on Managing Organizational Changes

The Association of European Businesses together with an expert Denis Sanko held a panel discussion on best practices in management of organizational changes on November 27, 2014.

During the event,top managers and heads of the branches learnt about basic approaches, stages and methods of implementing organizational changes in companies, as well as how to optimize the key areas in the management of a company.

All participants had the opportunity to discuss the applicability of these approachesin Belarus, as well as to get acquainted with the results of the research Creating People Advantage by Boston Consulting Group (the world leader in the field of management consulting) issued in 2012 and 2013.

Denis Sanko described the key differences betweenhigh-performance companies and their less successful competitor sand told about the best practicesin the field of human capital and performance management in companies.
