At the Public Advisory Council under the Ministry of Economy meeting, support for innovative entrepreneurship was discussed in conjunction with the methodology for collecting, analyzing and evaluating information to predict the effects of legislative chan

On October 31, 2019, AEB Deputy Chairman Maria Karas participated in a meeting of the public advisory (expert) council on entrepreneurship development under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus.

The following issues were submitted to the meeting:

1. About the organizational and technological platform “Smart Industry of Belarus” under the Ministry of Economy as a tool for innovative entrepreneurship support.

2. About the methodology for collecting, analyzing and evaluating information used in predicting the consequences of the adoption (publication) of draft regulatory legal acts.

AEB supported the idea of ​​digital transformation of the Belarusian economy, based on the principle of systemic integration of science, education and the real sector, using a cluster development model. With regard to the methodology for collecting, analyzing and evaluating information, the association drew attention to the need to prepare an Action Plan to improve the efficiency of the functioning of the procedure for forecasting the consequences of adopting legal acts.
