Work on the exclusion of the administrative procedure for state registration of advertising games

As part of the activities to reduce the administrative burden, the AEB sent additional clarifications to the Service and Reengineering Agency on the need to exclude the procedure for state registration of advertising games.

The main goal of establishing an administrative procedure - ensuring the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens when conducting promotional games on the territory of the Republic of Belarus has been achieved, and registration requirements are redundant and do not correspond not only to global practice, but also to the approach that has developed in the EAEU member states.
