The Association sent its comments and suggestions as part of the Advisory Council under the Ministry of Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus

The Association of European Business, as a member of the Advisory Council under the Ministry of Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus, sent its comments and proposals on the draft resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies "On amending the Resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus No. 2 dated January 3, 2019".

It was proposed to expand the functionality of the "EDeclaration" portal to simplify the activities of business entities: to introduce a directory of the company's vehicles as part of filling out a tax declaration (calculation) for transport tax. If a legal entity has a large number of vehicles, filling in the transport tax declaration from organizations manually becomes a very time-consuming process, with a high risk of inaccuracies. It would be convenient for users to develop a directory of Vehicles in the structure of the "EDeclaration" portal, where it would be possible to enter all the data in the vehicle cards one time, then add the vehicle to the declaration from the directory, this will reduce the likelihood of incorrect data entry, and speed up the process of filling out the declaration, in case if companies have a large number of vehicles.
