Proposals for amending the EAEU Technical Regulations on Chemical Products have been submitted to the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

The proposals envisage exempting tobacco and nicotine-containing products from the scope of the Eurasian Economic Union's Technical Regulation EAEU TR 041/2017 "On the Safety of Chemical Products." These proposals were previously supported by the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus and submitted to the EEC for consideration. However, Belarus's position on the matter has not yet been formulated.
