AEB participation in the RIA procedure of the draft amendments to the Technical Regulations for Tobacco Products

The Association of European Business was invited by the Department for Development of Entrepreneurship of the EEC to participate in the regulatory impact assesment procedure of the draft amendments to the technical regulation of the Customs Union TR CU 035/2014 "Technical Regulations on Tobacco Products". As part of the RIA procedure, the AEB sent its comments and proposals on the proposed amendments in terms of establishing forms, schemes and procedures for conformity assessment based on the Model Conformity Assessment Schemes approved by the Decision of the EEC Council dated 18 April 2018 No. 44.
