Round table with representatives of the AEB in Russian Federation on issues of uniform rules for the protection of consumer rights

The Association of European Businesses in Belarus and the AEB in Russian Federation held a round table on the practical application by government agencies of the provisions of the Uniform Rules for the Protection of Consumer Rights, approved by Decree of the Supreme State Council of the Union State No. 6 of December 6, 2024. The round table considered the issues of consumers making demands on the founders of legal entities and limiting the time limits for eliminating product defects.
