The AEB has requested clarification regarding the remote sale of non-alcoholic beer beverages

A request for clarification has been sent to the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade (MART) regarding the Rules for the Sale of Goods through Remote Sale, approved by Resolution No. 31 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated January 15, 2009, regarding non-alcoholic beer and non-alcoholic beer beverages. There are no direct prohibitions on the sale of non-alcoholic beer or non-alcoholic beer beverages in regulatory legal acts.
