The AEB proposals to amend the technical regulations for chemical products have been supported by the developer

Representatives of authorized bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union member states supported the AEB's proposal to amend the draft amendment to EAEU Technical Regulation 041/2017 "On the Safety of Chemical Products." The AEB proposals called for the exclusion of tobacco and nicotine-containing products from the scope of EAEU Technical Regulation 041/2017. These proposals were previously supported by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Economy.
