AEB submitted proposals in the field of employment of foreign citizens

Proposals on expanding the opportunities for attracting foreign citizens to work in the Republic of Belarus were submitted to the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

It was proposed:

• To expand the list of blue-collar jobs (employee positions) for which foreign citizens or stateless persons who do not have a permanent residence permit in the Republic of Belarus may be attracted. It was proposed to include the positions of loader, forklift driver, picker, storekeeper.
• To extend the practice provided for in Part 1, 2, paragraph 47 of the Regulation on the High-Tech Park (hereinafter referred to as HTP) to other companies in the Republic of Belarus, giving them the opportunity to attract foreign students for temporary work (including work under civil law contracts).
