The resolution on labeling of beverages has been submitted for discussion

The Ministry of Taxes and Duties has submitted for public discussion a draft resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties "On Amending the Resolutions of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus dated May 3, 2021 No. 17 and dated May 16, 2024 No. 18". The draft resolution, among other things, provides for the introduction of labeling with identification means of soft drinks and juices from February 1, 2025, in respect of which the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated September 27, 2023 No. 109 "On the Labeling of Soft Drinks and Juices with Identification Means" was adopted.
