A request for clarification on antitrust legislation has been sent to the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade

The clarification is being sought to ensure a clear interpretation of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade's response regarding the possibility of a seller offering a discount on the selling price for buyers not exceeding the maximum trade markup specified by the seller when selling the product to the end consumer.
