A meeting of the Public Advisory Council of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus is scheduled for April 14, 2026. The Council will consider regulating the procedure for liquidating legal entities without entering bankruptcy if they owe creditors money, and increasing the liability of owners (founders, participants) in the event of failure to satisfy creditors' claims during liquidation.
