A draft Environmental Code has been approved

As part of the Public Advisory Council for Entrepreneurship Development under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, a draft Environmental Code of the Republic of Belarus was submitted to the Association of European Business (AEB) for review. The purpose of the draft code is to systematize existing environmental legislation and define the scope of environmental and other related relationships.
