The Ministry of Taxes and Duties has indicated the postponement of the labeling of beer with identification means for an indefinite period

In response to the AEB request, the Ministry of Taxes and Duties has indicated the postponement of the introduction of labeling of beer with identification means, as provided for by the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission of September 24, 2024, No. 96, for an indefinite period due to a number of organizational difficulties with the Russian Federation regarding the recognition of identification means, taking into account the specifics of the circulation of this type of product in Russia.
