Proposals have been sent on issues of consumer protection

Proposals for revision of the Uniform Rules for the Protection of Consumer Rights, approved by Decree of the Supreme State Council of the Union State No. 6 of December 6, 2024, have been sent to the Standing Committee of the Union State and the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade. Amendments have been proposed on issues of the possibility of consumers presenting claims to the founders of legal entities and limiting the time frame for eliminating product defects.
