Changes have been made to the price regulation system

Council of Ministers Resolution No. 359 of July 10, 2026, reduced the list of goods subject to price regulation. The list was reduced from 199 to 76 items (non-daily demand goods). Removing these items from the list will allow domestic organizations to improve their economic situation, pursue a more flexible pricing policy, and regain their position in the domestic market. The established maximum markup limits for certain imported and domestic goods have been adjusted. This applies to milk, kefir, sour cream, and tea.

On July 16 at 3:00 PM, the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade will hold a webinar to explain the provisions of Council of Ministers Resolution No. 359 of July 10, 2026, regarding amendments to Government Resolution No. 713 "On the Price Regulation System."
