Clarifications received from the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade regarding the distance selling of non-alcoholic beer beverages

In response to a request from the Association of European Businesses (AEB), the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus has prepared clarifications regarding the regulation of distance selling of non-alcoholic beer beverages. The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade noted that distance selling of non-alcoholic beer is prohibited, while distance selling of non-alcoholic beer beverages is permitted.
